From talented bike riders to exceptional filmmakers, there must be something in the water in Sheffield - the home of ‘Steel City Media’ head honcho, Joe Bowman. As the Syndicate’s residing head documentarian, Joe is responsible for producing the team’s wildly popular video series and in addition, keeps their Instagram account flowing with rad content all year round.

Joe’s path into the world of professional filmmaking began shortly after returning home from a long stint in Whistler. Eager to jump onto the ‘shredit’ bandwagon, Joe bought his first DSLR camera and began to document the local scene, unwittingly starting a chain of events that would culminate in Joe meeting Peaty in 2012 and the beginning of his relationship with the Syndicate.

Joe is a calm pair of hands and a clear head, but he's also the most in touch and self-aware people in the industry he resides in. It's his vision that makes us keep him close and why we turn to him for his expert opinion whenever we second guess ourselves.
