Nestled between a legendary network of trails and world-renowned surfing, the Factory is the perfect launch point for all your after-work adventures. On any given day, you’ll find friends and team members enjoying the best of what Santa Cruz has to offer, whether that means a quick lap during lunch, an after-work shred, or an evening of socializing with the Factory Racing Team. Beyond the day-to-day, we host regular company-wide events that can range from group bike rides to camping trips in the Sierras
