The latter are the people who are defining how the sport is experienced, whether that’s event organizers, trail builders, photographers, filmmakers, writers, commentators, advocates, and community leaders.

The Syndicate is a downhill team made up of high-performing, passionate individuals with a shared goal to win hearts and minds. Developing and honoring the Syndicate legacy by being solid teammates, having fun, and inspiring the next generation.
Free Agents
Locals all over the world, the Free Agents are individuals who ride everything from gravel to enduro, inspiring those around them in the process.

The htSQD is an XC and gravel team of individuals who, if cut, would bleed course tape, yet each subverts the spandex nerdiness that has stunk up the place since the '90s.
